Daydream Medallions

unnamed - Version 2
One of these days I will have the optimum solution for taking pictures! Sometimes my picture taking does not do justice to the card. This card is way prettier in person!!
Base: Whisper White cardstock cut 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″, score in middle.
Top Layer: Whisper White card stock cut 5 1/2″ x 4″ and with Baked Brown Sugar ink. Start with the largest Daydream Medallion and stamp in Blushing Bride. Next size is stamped in Daffodil Delight and the 3rd is stamped in Baked Brown Sugar. For the second set I reversed the Blushing Bride & Daffodil Delight colors. For the Butterflies I used a scratch piece of whisper white and stamped a small piece so that when the butterfly was punched it would have a little color and design on it. These were edged in Baked Brown Sugar. Two additional butterflies were punched in Baked Brown Sugar cardstock to give them a shadow and attached to the cardstock. Only adhere one side of each white butterfly to the baked brown sugar butterfly so that the other side can be lifted as in flight.
Stamp saying on whisper white and punch out using the Decorative Label punch. Use the Decorative Label punch on the Baked Brown Sugar cardstock, using scissors cut this one in half and adhere to the saying.

  1. Beautiful card Sandy! Love the colors you used.

  2. Also love the card. We know that the cards are ALWAYS prettier in person than the pics.
